I Got Tired of Losing Track of My Bugs — So I Built BountyBoard
If you're a bug bounty hunter, you probably know the feeling: you find a vulnerability, submit a report, move on to the next target... and a month later you can't remember what you tested, what's still pending, or how much you've actually earned.
That was me. Reports scattered across text files, Notion pages, and browser tabs. No clear picture of what was working and what wasn't.
So, I built a system to fix it.
What is BountyBoard?
It's a Notion template built around how bug bounty hunting actually works. Three databases, all linked together:
- Programs — Track every program you're active on, with scope and bounty ranges
- Vulnerability Tracker — Log every finding with severity, status, CVSS, bounty amount, and more. Comes with 7 views including a Kanban board, calendar, bounty ranking, and duplicate analysis
- Earnings — See your monthly income and acceptance rate at a glance
Response Time and Resolution Time are auto calculated. No more guessing which platforms are fastest.
Why I Built This
I'm IronStrongMan, ranked on TWCERT/CC's Bug Bounty Hall of Fame. I hunt on Intigriti and other platforms. Even with that experience, I was losing track of things.
So here it is.
